The latest...I received an email from a young woman in Germany who wants to translate my story into German and post it on a German fanfic site. She has promised to send me a copy of the story, the link to the fanfic, and will translate (into English) any posted reviews that are writen.

Does this mean I've arrived? LOL

The German means more like "A Love which came to be through steel."

I take it you did NOT like my story...please don't pass it around...

julie01,

Love your signature line "O,  that blue, blue shirt of yours!"--from an ancient Chinese poem.  I have to run, but you got me all nostalgic now.  Maybe I will come back to the poem another time.

A Love Born From Steel: Chapter 9
« Reply #115 on: April 30, 2006, 07:27:12 pm »
Something romantic and sweet, for Sunday night reading:

http://www.fanfiction.net/s/2853224/10/

As always, comments and feedback are welcome.

I mentioned yesterday that this is being translated into German and posted on a German fanfic site. For anyone who is interested, here is the link:

Julie tells me that the title translates as  "A Love which came to be through steel"  but that it sounds good in German.

Enjoy, everyone. Hope to get some feedback, thanks

Great chapter Leslie!     Warms the cockles of my heart.    ;)

Amazing.  That was the high point of my day.   Living vicariously through two fictional characters!   Of course, nothing would top yesterday!     ;D
