I eat 7 of the 10 foods on the list.

I eat leafy greens (spinach) almost daily.

Yes, it's possible. Believe it or not, there is a condition called "water intoxication." People drink so much water that it screws up the concentrations of electrolytes (sodium, postassium, chloride) in the blood, which can interfere with the function of the heart--and kill you.

Oh, no!!!! Water toooo.  :o I think I will go crazy.  ::) What about ketchup, that must do, never heard about anyone drowing in ketchup.

I just started today. I feel so much safer and I wasn´t even close to drown either so I feel sooo good.  ;D
