Some of you who have visited my thread "Gay Outlaws Andrew & James - A True Love Story" will recognize the building in the background of Juang's photo, below, as Sydney's Darlinghurst Courthouse, where gay bushranger (outlaw) Andrew Scott (alias Captain Moonlite) went to trial and was found guilty of murder. He was subsequently executed in the jail immediately behind the courthouse on 20 January 1880. Myself and many others believe he was innocent and should never have gone to the gallows. In modern-day, contemporary Sydney, Darlinghurst Courthouse is located in the heart of the gay ghetto.
