It's only fitting that I start off this Happy Birthday post to my first friend on BM. It amazes me that she has become a best friend, a confidante and very special person in my life, without ever meeting her. That just doesn't seem right, but it's the two souls that have met and have bonded like it was meant to be.

So Happy Birthday my friend. You are truly a treasure to me.

PS Not to leave anybody thinking I was critiquing Celeste's teeth, which are lovely.

Her dentist -- now my dentist, too, based on her recommendation -- is near my home, and we met nearby for coffee after her last visit.

Just one hour to go in your 24 hours of birthday-day-ness, but don't let that stop you from celebrating all month if you feel like it.

Like many others here have said, you were the first person who reached out to me to make me feel especially welcomed and loved at the old Pierre Tremblay board on IMDb, and I shant forget that. Many moons later, here we all still are, thanks largely to you for finding this new home for our rag-tag fleet (there's a reference for those 70s buffs out there...). Anyway,

OMG Meryl - I had forgotten that photo!!! The whiskey was put to good use, and my sweet little kitty left this life almost a year ago. I'm so glad we've gotten to enjoy each other's company in person - I'm sure it will happen again, and thanks for the birthday wishes!
