Focus ships 2 different DVD Covers!

Well, it seems those early rumors that Focus would be shipping "Brokeback Mountain" with 2 different DVD covers were true after all.

Reports are coming in from NYC that stores* are only stocked with the "Ennis & Jack" version (the original poster taking up the ENTIRE dvd cover!).  There are no silver borders around the poster or any mention of the Academy Awards at the top of the cover.

The Silver Border/Academy Award version is out there somewhere.  Best Buy? Circuit City?

Yes, I got the silver-bordered Academy version at Wal-Mart.

 I got two versions. I ran out to Target today and they had the silver lining version with the 3 Academy Awards banner. Inside they had a cool bonus audio cd of Campbell Scott reading the short story (a Target exclusive).
When I got back to work, I got a package from Amazon with my BBM dvd! That one was the full cover poster image with no silver lining. This one was widescreen. The Target one is full screen. I've read some postings that said their widescreen was actually fullscreen. I hope not! I'll watch them tonight after work.

But at Hastings they had the non-silver cover...
