Hi, Lee! Apparently no intentional snippets left out (like, for example, transitioning abruptly into the Vila Borghese gardens public toilet) and the film IS meant to be very, very short--almost shockingly so. The Youtube user who posted/published the video is the director of the film himself, Lorenzo Caproni.

Like you I wish I could get the few words translated/sub-titled--although I can make out the older, far more experienced boy saying "Next time, eh?" (meaning never) and "Basta!" (Enough!)--the encounter has ended because the older boy has realized that the younger (or at least far less experienced boy) is a virgin (The First Time) and therefore not what the older boy wanted.

For the first boy, this has been a sad, even shattering, encounter however brief. I thought that his emotions, his facial expressions were all so nakedly vulnerable. The actor (Giulio Rubinelli) was amazing.
