I can see it. There was a report on network news this morning about rolling blackouts, but I didn't catch what part of Texas. I noticed more the handsome reporter.  ::)

right, so far I'm right on the edge.  Most of these have been out since 1:30am this morning.


I checked the traffic and expected to see all the roads green, because no one is out driving, right?

I've never seen a prayer desk like that before.  Nice.

I remember a few years ago, I was really into Wicca for some reason.  Not practicing, but just curious about it.  I started to research some stuff online, and happened to mention it to mom.  I think she thought I was starting to look into the occult.

I could see the look on her face, and I said to her:  "No worries mom, do you really think I'd take the time to put an altar space in my place?"  LOL

It's a bad situation in Austin.  I've been on Reddit Austin, 212,000 people have been without power since Sunday morning at 1:30am.  Temps in houses are 40-50 degrees, hotels are full...if you could even get to one, the roads are still bad.  They've opened cold weather shelters, but people can't get there.  Bus service is down again today.  Airport is closed.  Grocery stores have limited hours and I'm sure lines.  Convenience stores are closed or have lines out the door and are running out of stuff.  I don't know how I was lucky/blessed enough to have power this whole time.
