We just build that into the grant request. Then you become head of research.

(I think I wanna be 'Liason to Rodeo Bullriders,' myself.  Sort of a glorified talent scout lookin' for the next Jack Twist.)

Lookin' for the next Jack Twist? I think that talent scoutin' thing needs to be a team effort, John--just to confirm your judgment to satisfy the funding sources, of course.
