Article and 'Have Your Say' section on the BBC website today around Religious groups who are to protest outside UK Parliament against gay rights legislation being debated by the Lords today.

Strange that this is in the UK where they seem to have a much more secular society, but do have religion tied into the government more than the US.

As for my own opinion, religious freedoms should never trump equal rights.

Thanks but I found most of them so stupid I couldn't be bothered answering. Especially the ones who said the likes of "I'm not religious but I just can't stand the idea of two men [almost always men] having sex." As my husband says, "And your problem is ... my problem?"
