When the "save to" box pops up, select the appropriate directory you want it to put in, and then in the "name" field for the file, type
"[YOURFILENAME].flv". Replace [YOURFILENAME] with whatever you want the file to be named. Make sure to include the
" ". Then click save. The file will be saved in FLV format. You'll need an FLV player for it. You can use the below freeware player:
