Alex took a little nap and now he's awake. We're watching "Beloved" right now. That's the movie that scared me to death so bad I had to turn it off! He wanted to watch it tonight.

We are having the WEIRDEST weather right now. It was supposed to rain today, but instead it started sleeting around 4:00 this afternoon. I'm gald it held off, otherwise I would have had a very difficult time getting to the airport to pick up Alex.

Now it's snowing and thundering outisde! Lightening too! What's up with that?  

It's a thunderstorm but it's snowing instead of raining. Weirdness.

one of the scariest days of my life was a day when it was sleeting and lightening like CRAZY and Don and I had to put out round bales...(those huge rolls of hay?) It was sleeting...so I was so cold I couldn't feel my hands...just clumsily forcing them by sight to  cut the strings...but DON was up there on top of that metal tractor and it was lightening and thundering.... just terrifying and weird.

Glad ya'll are safe and warm inside....and Alex is there to protect you while you watch that ol scary movie!!
