Yikes, when I got up to leave after listening to the story, I fell down again because my legs had fallen "asleep." That's how engrossing it was!!

Thanks to all of you who were able to share this story with me.  I am so convinced that although this story may not have been intended to be read aloud, it is a truly awesome experience when read aloud and one that needs to be shared.  Thanks again to Eric and all those at BBM Radio for arranging these two webcasts.  Now, it's on to the LIVE reading at the BBQ in Colorado!

I am so glad that I logged into Bettermost to hear the news of the BBM Radio reading.   Cried like a baby all the way through it.   Awesome!  Now I have this 900Mb Wav to dissect...   THANK YOU to all who made this possible.

peace :)

Lean on me, let our hearts beat in time,
Feel strength from the hands that have held you so long.
Who cares where we go on this rugged old road
In a world that may say that we're wrong.

...Cause I know - A love that will never grow old.

 >:( >:( >:( Arrrrgh!  >:(

The Queen of the Amazons went almost berserk  ::).
No, not because of connection probs. My three year old threw a tantrum  >:(. He querreled with my husband and then cried and screamed for me for full ten minutes without pause. I yelled at my husband to get the kid quiet, which didn't exactly improve the situation  :-\. I finally gave up and left the reading  :(.
Some days I wonder how the f*** I ended up having three children  :-X. I was warned with the first one.

OK, I'm better now that I got it off my chest ;D.

Rodney: From the parts I was able to hear, I loved it!  Thank you  :-*.
But the best part is still to come:

I'm looking forward to it. I'm so happy I'll be there with you all and hear and see it live (and no kids will be screaming for me then  ;)).

Thank you Rodney and Eric and everybody who added to this  :D :-* :D

So sorry to hear of the domestic disturbances that kept you from being totally captivated by the story.  I'm really looking forward to meeting you in Colorado!  No temper tantrums there, just peace and quiet and open air and the mountains!

No, he only screamed one word: Mama. Mama, Mama, Mama, MAMA!, Mama, Maaaamaaaawwww.... You get the picture  ;).
Now he's in bed (all three of 'em, thank god) and I'm enjoying the peace and quiet  ;D.

I still can't believe it that I will go there. Well, I believe it, but my mind can't capture it fully. Me in Colorado? In Wyoming? At the BBM BBQ? Really me, travellin across the big pond for the very first time? - It's mind-boggling.
