You both got the right person, but not the right scene.

[I've been reading about the Virginia Tech massacre all day today and it's just horrendous!
I've read one of the writings of the shooter and it's unbelievable that nothing was done, after teachers read his stuff!
Complètement déséquilibré! Why was he like that?!?! Why do people like him, feel there is a need to kill people to relieve
them from their suffering (or whatever it is)?! I'm probably not asking the right questions (and using the wrong thread),
but it's totally inconseivable. Nothing to do with anything, but he was born on the same day as me.. ... ..... ... ]

Ennis when he says "You probably deserve it..." last campfire we see.
Thank you Heath and Jake for showing us Ennis and Jack,  teaching us how much they loved one another.

Hi guys

I think this is the scared face of young Ennis as he views the dead Earl.

Love reading your game, but this is the first time I searched pics to find the possible match.

Here it is!

Each time I see that picture I'm amazed at that stare of the kid! Brilliant expression. I often wonder how they get kids (very small kids sometimes) to act so perfectly!

And when I see that hand digging itself in the kid's shoulder, it hurts.

Kade Phillips   ....    Ennis, Age 9 (as Kade Philps)
Perfect performance by that young boy.

Whenever I see such a heartbreaking kid's reaction in a move, I always remind myself that the kid doesn't see what he's reacting to, and the director had the kid perform all kinds of emotions from very funny to very sad and that the child probably doesn't know that this is the particular important emotion.  That hand is so important in that scene too.

Nice game, j. U. d. E.

New picture soon??

Just amazing though! I once heard about Rick Schroeder in "The Champ" (he was 9 at the time) that for a very sad scene towards the end of the film, the director told him a very sad story, that made him (Rick) cry and they used that for the scene. But still, it's amazing work those kids do sometimes!

I have a shiver down my spine, imagining that hand on my shoulder.. *right now*..  :-X

Nice game, j. U. d. E.

New picture soon??

Thank you ! Next one coming up!
