Looking at that photo--the lacings on the sides of the jacket remind me of the double diamonds that Ennis lashed when he was packing up the dumb-ass mules at the start of their adventure.

I wonder if twists in a hatband are anything like notches on a belt? 

Notice also how Jack is fiddling with his wedding band, like it doesn't fit comfortably.

Yes, Jack wears that coat and hat in the post-divorce scene where he drives up from Texas only to be turned away by Ennis.

The swimming pool, however, is not in the movie far as I could tell!!
