Willie Nelson on Truthout
« on: April 17, 2007, 06:46:37 pm »
Willie Nelson recently spoke to Truthout, around the time of his appearance at Camp Casey (the anti-George Dubya rally begun by Cindy Sheehan in honor of her deceased son), and expounded on all matter of things including being a peaceful revolutionary against Bush's war, on alternative energy, and on the need to support farmers. A video recording of this interview is currently available on Truthout's homepage, at the following link (just click on the picture of Willie to start the video stream):

Look here if you want to see the authentic face and voice of a positive, humane Texas. If you value progress and peace, Willie is your guy, not George Dubya.

I love Willie! He has a great distinctive voice and is just such a down to earth man.

Has anyone heard his son singing? How is he?
