do you mean "nuts" or nuts?
some commentators have noted that the state of CA produces a large number of eccentric people. I am not sure if CA is #1, there are plenty of "nuts" around here in Ft Worth, I see them driving on the freeway named after a disgraced former Speaker of the US House.
