Ewan's Scenes of a Sexual Nature got released to DVD in January. Never saw it hit a theater. >:(

EDITED TO ADD:
This next is a long scene - the opening is a bit uncomfortable - but the rest is probably Ewan's entire main part in the movie and it has the gist of he and his character's lover's dilemma and turns out to be bittersweet. So SPOILERS SPOILERS!! I'm just posting it because Ewan's acting is just amazingly natural. The man is SOOOOOOOOOOO talented:
