:)   Today is my Friday.  I have off tomorrow, and I plan on getting some things done in the a.m., and then heading into NYC.

the cubicle is clean, and I'm looking forward to a few days off work.  :)

Had a great time seeing Brokies last night!   Dinner with Paul, Lisa, Chrissi,  Monika, Teresa, Meryl, and then some drinks afterwards.  :)

Back again later this afternoon, to see them again, plus more....I believe Sue, her husband, Kell, and John are joining us as well.  :)  Looking forward to it!

Yup, back to snow today!

It started last night just before I went to bed, and was still snowing when I got up this morning.  I believe we got about 5 - 6 inches last night.

Had to shovel the car out a bit today, but actually made it to work on  time.  I impressed myself.

Thankfully, that was not me today!  :laugh:

All the snow and slush that was not cleaned up yesterday has frozen over and there is ice everywhere.  The highways are clear, but back/side roads are in pretty rough condition.

The end of the road for my complex was plowed over, and I got stuck briefly while trying to drive through it.  Thankfully I was able to get unstuck and get to work.

Tomorrow it's supposed to go up to 41 and be sunny, so that should melt a fair amount of it.

Hope that everyone is doing well today!   I've  been told my area is expecting more snow, Sunday into Monday, possibly into Tuesday.

After the big snowstorm that wasn't, I'll just wait and see.

I have a bowling dinner/party on Sunday afternoon, hopefully the snow won't start until after I get home!

How is everyone doing today?

I'm hearing more about the snow that's supposed to come next week, starting on Sunday.  We'll see what happens!

Was given a new project to do at work, thankfully it doesn't seem like it will be too intensive!  Especially considering it has to be done by next Friday.

Other than that, status quo over here for now.  Tomorrow is pay day, that's always a good thing!  :)

Happy Friday and happy (for me) pay day!  :)

I'm doing laundry tonight instead of on Sunday, since I  have the bowling function on Sunday.

Saturday is open, other than having to run out and do some shopping.  I'm thinking another Charmed mini-marathon, and get further through season 7.  Then I just need to finish season 8 and I've rewatched the whole series.

And (of course) Sunday is the return of the Walking Dead.

Oh, and I think my brothers and I have finally figured out what to get my parents for their anniversary next week.  They have an old, beat up entertainment center and old monitor TV.  I'm thinking a new entertianment center and new flat screen TV.
