Thank you for reminding us about the "I Can Make You Thin" show. It's good. I'm still watching it -- got all the 4 golden rules written down and I'm going to try to follow them.
I hope I remember to watch it next week!!
One problem I have at lunch is -- when all is said and done, I have about 15 minutes to eat. Then I eat so fast. I'm going to try to slow it down, tho. Sounds like a good idea.
