Not really......it was a quiet weekend, which is welcome! 


How was your weekend?

After I gave the ACT, I took a long nap and then I slept a lot today. So it was a lazy weekend! I liked it fine.

Hope that everyone had a great weekend, did some fun stuff, and caught up on sleep! 

That's what I wait for on the weekend....sleeping in.  No 5am wake up call on Saturday and Sunday.  I turn off the alarm and roll out of bed about 10am. 


Well, diet update time.  Scale today read 216lbs, I've lost 2 more pounds, and when I lose one more, I'll be back at the weight I was in Colorado.






In the 12 weeks that I've been at the gym, I've dropped 9 pounds total.

You're not a beach person.

I like walking on the beach at night, under the stars, other than that......not a beach person. 

You don't like bananas.

Yucky yucky yucky.  I don't even like banana bread, banana cream pie, or banana flavored candy.

Why do I get the feeling that if I sent you flowers you'd tell me you were allergic?

Now, that's funny, as I am allergic to flowers.   

Chuck, you're kind of high maintenance, aren't you?

Well, ya know, I had two people say that to me in Colorado.  Perhaps it was the fact that I had 3 bags of clothes and 5 pairs of shoes for a 4 day trip?

But I had a good reason for all of it, I really did!

....I guess you're worth it.   

That's a fact, Jack!        Who knows, maybe one day, Gary, you'll find out in person.

I keep telling myself that slow and steady wins the race........9 down, 31 more to go, but I want those last 31 gone....yesterday!

I stopped eating jello in junior high school after discovering that is where the leftover vegetables (not fruit, mind you, but veggies) went in the cafeteria lunch.   

There was a lot of odd things that went in the cafeteria lunch  Did you ever wonder what was in that soup they used to have? I'm not sure what might have been in there. I didn't know about the jello though. Does anyone remember Peanut Butter Delights? Now those were good, but now I am wondering what was in the "delights" part  What is funny is that it seems that school lunches were the same regardless of where in the US you went to school.
