Happy Tuesday, BetterMost!!!!

Blaze is driving me crazy today!  He has to be at the vet's to be neutered at 8am.  Well, the vet said no food or drink for him as of 9pm last night.  Had to hide his food and water dish, he's walking around meowing his head off!  He want to eat!

Poor little guy!

The vet I take Crybaby to advertizes that he will neuter female cats and castrate male cats (and dogs).

I once knew a woman who had her pet goat (female) "fixed".

Well good luck anyway. I will have to tell you all about the bird Crybaby almost caught last night.

Oh, God!  :o

If I live to be 100, I'll never forget the time I watched helplessly as a cat killed a robin--couldn't get there fast enough to throw the saucepan I had in my hand, plus there was a six-foot-tall chain-link fence between me and the cat.

Sorry, cat lovers, but I could have cheerfully brained that pussy with that saucepan. ...  >:(

Well, Blaze is back, and Mom is pissed.

We had an appointment for Blaze at 8am.  The nurse told my mom that Blaze was in at 8, but the surgery wasn't until noon.

Mom looked at the nurse and said....."so what your saying is this poor animal hasn't eaten since 8pm last night, and he has to sit here and go hungry for another 4 hours before he even has surgery?"

If I had been there, and the nurse said that to me, I would've said "When you give him the shot, I hope he bites you."

Looks like he's doing fine.

He's moving around, eaten dinner, and drank his water bowl dry.

When is he having that species reassignment surgery to turn him into a dog?
