Truman, Katy Perry is a real recording artist.  Her song "I Kissed A Girl" has been #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 for 5 weeks now.

Some stations are not playing the song, because of the subject matter.  ::) So I'm not surprised you haven't heard it.

I have sleep issues too, Chuck.  Tylenol PM never worked for me.  Exedrin PM has always worked beautifully.

More recently, I've been taking an herbal supplement called NightRest by Source Naturals, and that works super-well for me too.  (I feel better about taking that, so I'm not taking acetominophen when I don't need it.)

Chuck, I can't take those PM products. I don't know what is in them but they put me into a depression the following day or two.
