Hiya BetterMost friends.




Hope that everyone had a good weekend!

I was a a friend's surprise 40th birthday party.....a lot of fun, but I overdid it on the food, so now back to square one.  LOL  Although, I guess square one would be to begin again at 295lbs.

It's grey and damp here in NJ, and humidity is supposed to get high.....calling for severe thunderstorms later today.

Ugh.

Have some shopping I need to get done today, for my trip to Italy.  ;D

Just got back from a quick shopping excursion.  I ran and got a CD set on "learning Italian".   :laugh:  I studied it in high school and college, and I'm hoping this will "awaken" those lessons.

I'm leaving on Sept 10th, landing in London on Sept. 11th.  I'll be visiting friends there until Wednesday the 15th.  I land in Rome on the 15th and am staying with friends until the 19th in Rome, landing back home on the 19th.
