Mornin' Chuck!  Was the boat ride fun?  That sounds so nice to me right now.  It's been ages since I've gone sailing or boating with anyone.

Sorry to hear that you didn't sleep well.  Not sleeping well is something I can very much relate to... I often have a lot of issues falling to sleep at night.

yes, the boating was fun.....we tooled around the lake for a while, there were some attempts at skiing (not by me) and a nice dinner later on.

I always seem to have sleep issues......so last night was not a surprising thing.  I think what happened was I usually take my sleep aids at about 8:15, so by 10, I'm tired.  Well last night I didn't get home until 9:30 so I took my pills an hour or so later than usual.

Well, I got home from work to find that my Christmas cards arrived already!

Saturday here!  The day is flying by!   It's almost 4:30 already!

Slept in until 10:30am, had a light lunch, and had a run in the park.  Plan to repeat after dinner.
