Less than a month, and I'll be in Boston for the AIDS Walk and to see Brokies!  ;D


So far, I'm the only donor to myself! :o  :laugh:  Well, that's my own fault for starting late!

Antibes, Provence -Ales-Cote D'Azur, France



Visit Antibes to gaze out over the colorful Vieux Port and the deep-blue Bay of Antibes.  Also make sure to see the Musée Picasso and stalk the ghost of F. Scott Fitzgerald, who enjoyed the life of a wealthy American expatriate here in the 1920s and then wrote about it in "Tender Is the Night".

My coworkers are sooooooooooooooo cool!

I sent out an email today (9am) about my participation in the AIDS walk.

As of now, 3 more donations have hit online for $75.00, and I've been given $50.00 more in cash in person to place.  Currently online in donations is $125.00, so I have a total of $175.00 all together!

Great Wall of China


The Great Wall of China is a series of stone and earthen fortifications in northern China, built originally to protect the northern borders of the Chinese Empire against intrusions by various nomadic groups. Several walls have been built since the 5th century BC that are referred to collectively as the Great Wall, which has been rebuilt and maintained from the 5th century BC through the 16th century. One of the most famous is the wall built between 220–206 BC by the first Emperor of China, Qin Shi Huang. Little of that wall remains; the majority of the existing wall was built during the Ming Dynasty.
