Of the hundreds of times I've watched it over the years, it's never once been without tears, sure enough.

Different reactions that we used to have, and don't any more.

Nervous laughter when Alma opens the door to see Jack & Ennis.  Same reaction when Aguierre (sp) sees them through the binoculars, cheers when Jack stands up to L.D. Newsome, stuff like that.

I see. I've only seen it once with non brokies (Chicago), so don't have a lot of experience with that.

That's how I feel today!   I slept well last night, but it's been busy trying to get caught up on work that piled up while I was away.  I had 100 emails waiting for me, and I was only out two days.



Had some excitement today as we had to evacuate the building, the fire alarm started going off.  Hotties in uniform came back and after about 20 minutes let us back in, telling us that the reason the alarm went off, someone left a small amount of coffee in a pot on the burner.



How is everyone else today?

Today was a bank holiday here in the UK. Tomorrow is my first official day of maternity leave!

I can't believe the bowling season is almost over!  I believe the end of this month will be my last games, and I have a tournment just before Memorial Day weekend to take part in.

Of course, I'll be back next season in September.

Now are you going for multiple times in one week for a fire evacuation?!

Today was a bank holiday here in the UK. Tomorrow is my first official day of maternity leave!

So today you are officially on Maternity Leave!  Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay Kelda!

Hopefully, we won't have a full week of evacuations, as I'm not in the mood for it!

Yuppers!  all I know is it wasn't me, I don't drink coffee.

Wasn't it just a few months ago that someone in your office misdialed 911, and the men in uniform showed up for that as well?

Must be nice to have all those handsome muscular hotties beating a path to your door, Chuckie.

That's why it's such a cunning way to get the hottie firemen to visit you once again.

No one will ever suspect you.

Is there anything else you don't eat or drink, and hence could leave on the burner next time you feel an urge for the hotties?

back to the cloud, as it's been raining since last night!  Thank God, as we really need it! 

Bowling didn't go as well as I had hoped, all three scores were around the 100 mark, but my team won all three games, so that's a big plus.

Yes, you are right and they were here again yesterday. 

No false alarm, they needed to speak to building management and reps here to update their files with contact names and such in regards to emergencies.

    I'm not that clever.....besides, with my luck, I'd walk into the kitchen to see what the progress is and the pot would blow up  in my face.
