Hiya BetterMost friends.

It's Friday, and Pay Day!

So sad that the money is not staying in my account AT ALL, but it's going to hotel and plane tickets to UK, so I can't complain!

I'm so glad it's the weekend, and I'm looking forward to sleeping in on Saturday, and going to my "end of season" bowling banquet Saturday night.

I'm told there will be a dj, so I plan on dancin'!

Tell him when l come up to him and ask to play the record, l'm gonna say: ''Voulez-vous jouer ce disque?''
'Voulez-vous, will you kiss my dick?'
Will you play my record? One-track mind!

Hiya BetterMost friends.

I hope that everyone had a great weekend!

Saturday night at the bowling banquet was fun, but no dancing.  They changed the plans and instead booked a room at the local racetrack.  We were in "The Pegasus Room" overlooking the track, and we had a catered buffet dinner and dessert, with open bar.

I know NOTHING about horse racing, so I didn't attempt to bet, but one of the bowlers placed a $12.00 bet and won $650.00!!!!

:o

Sunday was Father's Day and my brother and sister-in-law came for a visit, we had a light lunch together.

Matthew asked me to post pics of his new puppy in his blog, you can check them out there.

That should be "cubicle's," with an apostrophe, contraction for "cubicle is."  ;)

Never said you should.  :-*

It shows the cartoonist's ignorance, that's all.

That is confusing.  It didn't make sense immediately, so I went back and supposed it meant to say "my cubicles are" but the plural made even less sense.  Why would he need two cubicles?

Then of course I came up with the same interpretation that Jeff did.

Funny cartoon in any case.

                                                                       ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
There are certain people around my job today that I just want to do that to.

So, how is everyone today?  Today I was in Appraisal Hell!  We have a client who collateralizes their loan with properties by the NJ Shore area.  They are of various lot and block numbers, so I had to do 13 appraisal request forms today, and they don't allow cut-n-paste, so I had to complete each one by hand.

it's been crazy here, and I can't wait until Friday June 29th.  A few of us are going out for dinner/happy hour that night to celebrate the "near" end of the busy season.  There will be a few things lingering, but the bulk will be done, thank God!

That will be a happy day/happy night for you, Chuck.

For the rest of us, just the end of the first half of the year.   :o

Yeah, that's pretty much how I feel at this time of year at the bank.  I think everyone else here feels the same.

One of the guys I work for has asked me the same question 4 times in the past twenty minutes.  It's not his fault, there is so much going on that he's not focused.  However, on the 4th time he asked I replied "The answer isn't any different from the last three times you asked this in the past 10 minutes."

I truly think it's time for that guy to retire, he's losing it.  I sometimes wonder if he'll be the one to go postal and bring a gun to work......

Anyway, it's pride parade weekend!  I plan on going to the city to see the parade, and take pics.

Hope everyone is doing well!!!
