Well that answers some questions I have often asked myself when I see pictures of Natalie Umbrugia in magazines etc...

She is an Aussie, and dont think she has had hits out here at all....

Hiya BetterMost friends.

Hello!  It must be nice to do nothing and get paid for it!  LOL   I don't know that feeling!

So, does everyone have good plans for the weekend?  I have some shopping to do, and then seeing friends on Saturday, and Sunday is a White Elephant Party that I will be at.

no rest for the weary!   :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

Tell him when l come up to him and ask to play the record, l'm gonna say: ''Voulez-vous jouer ce disque?''
'Voulez-vous, will you kiss my dick?'
Will you play my record? One-track mind!

Well, there you go, I knew she must have got popular for some reason.....I'm one of the few Aussies that have not watched Neighbours..........not that I dont like some soaps.....does anyone over there watch Home and Away.....now that, I watch religiously....in fact, now its off the air for the Christmas break, left us with half a dozen cliff hangers, and I have absolutely no interest in watching anything else on TV at 7pm on week nights.

Yes, I made a slight change to my blog for this post.    :laugh:  I figured it may get some more notice this way, perhaps from Sophia, Chrissi and/or Monika.

Can anyone tell me who/what notäwürger seewen is?

And no smartass answers like "it's a band!"  LOL  I can see/hear that!  What country are they from, and is there any set way they pick their music?

The band's name is Notäwürger, and they're from Seewen, a village in Switzerland.

Notäwürger is Schwyzerdütsch = Swiss German, the variety of German spoken in Switzerland.

würgen = to strangle;   Würger = strangler, someone who strangles
Notä = Noten = musical notes ♪♪♪

So the band's name literally means "note-stranglers"

They play Guggemusik for carnival, see here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guggenmusik

Here's their homepage, in case you want to engage them ;)
