Optom, it seems like you've worked miracles at your shop...no wonder you're exhausted! Rest up from your travails, dear. I went in an Office Max this morning and my footsteps echoed! I couldn't find even basic things in there, and only the manager was manning the store. It was downright scary!!

Not often I am first here.
 So good morning everyone. Weather here has gone nuts, it is back at 88 and sticky as hell. I feel the whole world has gone mad at the moment !!!

Off to try and work out more strategies for the store, to keep the wolves which are howling from the door.

It scares the heck out of me, when even the dollar store is empty. That is seriously bad. We have also found out a new meat shop is opening up less than a mile away from us, called quality meats. Just have to hope quality means more expensive than us !!!!

According to the news,we should start selling lipsticks. When the economy sinks, women buy and wear more lipstick to cheer tehmselves up slightly. !!

Thanks for posting this Leslie!  It really is interesting to see how things are evolving in post counts.  The longer periods of time between Top 10 lists makes the changes seem more dramatic.
