As to why they moved it to the second Sunday in March from when it used to be in April, it probably has to do with the time of sunrise. I noticed last week that it was already light outside when I got up about 6:00 a.m. (although sunrise here last Sunday wasn't actually until 6:33 a.m. EST). Tomorrow sunrise will be 7:21 a.m. EDT.

There's a way to adjust it yourself in your settings--somewhere, but sometimes it just takes a bit for the server to catch up, I think.

Anyway, 47 F and sunny here this morning. The daffodills are up in Rittenhouse Square.  :D

That's about what the temp. was when I left home this morning, with a fine mist falling. But I saw daffodils blooming on my way to work this morning.  :)
