How to contribute to sending flowers/condolences to Australia

Peachy sent me a scan of the Saturday paper, but it's in a format I can't upload, so she'll try again at work on Monday. It looks nice, though. 8)

I've just sent Peachy $300 US to cover costs of the two condolence notices plus postage costs for sending me copies of the papers. 8)
We should know soon about the cost of flowers. Hopefully, we'll be able to send a nice arrangement to the funeral. However, if it looks like the family is actively discouraging people from doing that, IMO it may be better to respect their wishes. If we don't send flowers, we'll have all the more money to donate to a charity in Heath's name. Today or tomorrow should give us a better idea of the situation.
Update: 35 PayPal donations totaling $1,229.69. Three via mail totaling $95.00, three more on the way.

Welcome to Bettermost Bec!!! As others have said this forum consists of a lot of very friendly and caring people. I am glad you found us. It is also true as was stated that the movie as well as the actors and others involved mean a whole lot to us. Heath was my favorite actor of all time as soon as I saw Brokeback. He also became one of my very favorite people after reading so much about him shortly after I saw the movie.
