How do you like your cornbread?

I will try to make some cornbread, Cassandra posted a recipe on the Bean-thread......I like the Mexican stuff but I never tried this one...

This is how I make my cornbread most of the time. I guess it's probably cheating, but it's quick and easy!

There's a choice missing!  I like cornbread in all it's many guises - sweet, yellow, white, made with creamed corn, pan-fried, spicy Mexican style...

Yep, me too!  Never met a cornbread I didn't like. 

And, David, while I like to make cornbread from scratch when time permits, I almost always have a box of Jiffy mix in my pantry - it's great in a pinch!
