Sooooooo true. I love big thunderstorms with lots of thunder and lightening.
The person below me has a secret dream they're afraid won't come true...

Truer than you could ever imagine. I'm right in the middle of trying to make it happen and I'm SO afraid that it might not!
The person below me has answered the door in 'inappropriate' clothing...

False - never, actually. If I can't be dressed appropriately, I won't answer the door.
The person below me likes to get away from it all from time-to-time, and doesn't tell anyone what he/she is doing...just disappears.

No I can't; my family is too big!
The person below me can make soup from scratch, broth and all!

True. I make the best damned homemade chicken soup ever conceived.
The person below me likes to make her or his own sauce from scratch for his or her chicken cacciatore (or other favorite Italian dish).

No, I don't cook; I'd rather buy the supplies.
The person below me can whistle loudly (I wish I could!)

Wellllll...I sorta can. I can crack my gum really loudly!
The person below me hasn't changed their haircut in years - just can't figure out a better look...

True - but coloring it is a different story.
The person below me has asked someone for a foot rub.

Perhaps not
asked
. More waved said foot under poor person's nose and hinted heavily
The person below me spends many end-of-evenings sat on their back doorstep with a cup of something hot, looking up at the stars and contemplating the meaning of life...

False - I don't much like hot drinks, and living in the city, I've got neither a back doorstep, nor visible stars.
The person below me has a favorite song that they can listen to endlessly.
