malt vinegar (from barley), spirit vinegar, molasses, sugar, salt, anchovies, tamarind extract, onions, garlic, spice and flavouring.

and i actually love the taste of worcestershire sauce.

Now.... whats MSG!?

I was surprised, too, when I learned that anchovies are an ingredient in Worcestershire sauce. But Worcestershire is good on steak!  :D

MSG = monosodium glutamate, a chemical flavor enhancer. Notoriously used in Chinese food, at least, here in the U.S., it can trigger migraines in some people.  :(
