Mabel is a lovely person.  It's not unusual for women to sometimes think they can change a man or save him from himself; but, of course,no one person can ever "change" another person.   It's been interesting to watch Wesley interact with both Bates and Mabel.  He has good instincts and a direct, but non-combative manner that helps him get the information he needs.  And, of course, he's a naturally compassionate person.   As the Fearless Leader, he's a fine example for his men.   And now he has the address book!  Thanks, Louise.

I neglected to post that I was out watching Star Trek tonight and so missed my writing window.  But I have very little to do this weekend except get prepped for moving to Chicago... so I'll unavoidably be doing more writing tomorrow!!
