Something else I remember about my church. With all those bells ringing, they got really LOUD as we walked up to the church, but once we got inside, they weren't very loud at all. You could still hear them, but you could also hear all these strange dull pounding sounds. I think the pounding noises probably came from the mechanism swinging the bells.

Yes, I miss church bells too. Especially during Christmas and Easter!  :)

It's not a very good picture of me! We were down at the river and I was feeling all funk nasty because I was hot and sweaty!  :P

Alex insisted I put it up there, and I have a hard time telling Alex no.  :D
