I've been to Cairo, and so could check it off. But it's the only place in Africa I've been, yet it tells me I'm "somewhat well-travelled in Africa." Still a fun test to fill out.
I also recommend that if, for example, you've been to Austria, but not Vienna or Salzburg, you still check one of those off, otherwise it will think you haven't been to Austria.
