We have étoufée twice. In round 7 and in round 30 (pages 17 and 80 of this thread). Paul, you seem to like it, both étoufées were posted by you  . I don't know how the proper procedere goes. Fran or Sandy, please inform us ABCs "newbies" , will ya?. Guess easiest would be if Paul modified his second étoufée post himself with a replacement.
