Tell him when l come up to him and ask to play the record, l'm gonna say: ''Voulez-vous jouer ce disque?''
'Voulez-vous, will you kiss my dick?'
Will you play my record? One-track mind!

Goooooooooooooooooooooood morning BetterMost!

Week almost over, and I'm getting ready for the NYC gathering, which means more pics to be posted here on BM and DCF.  ;D

Walking and exercising is going well, but I wish this would move faster.  GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!    >:(

Today's video (I won't be doing a vid every day, only when the feeling strikes me) is dedicated to Truman (ShakesTheGround).

Before anyone goes reading too much into this.....     it's not because what the lyrics are saying.  When I was in SF, after the rodeo, there was a dance we all went to.  Tru and I were talking that we couldn't line dance, and not really good at two stepping.

The DJ started to play some fast country music, and we went out and tried our best to "boogie" to it (busted up knee and all  ) and it made me think of my "clubbing days" and the music I used to break out some moves to.

And in my mind, I can see Truman dancin' to this one, and having a blast, so Tru, this one's for you!  Hope ya like it.

and today's poem.................

Moving On

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
All my life you bought me hell
but now I've grown and wish you well

All my life you made me cry
but now I look up to the sky

All my life you made me doubt
but now I've got it figured out

All my life you gave me pain
but now I've made it through the rain

I took your blows, I took your strife
dealt with all the ways you tried to ruin my life

Now look at me, somebody new
not that tired little loser
who you once abused

I've succeed in many ways
that you will never see
'cause I'm surrounded now by friends
who taught me to love me for me

All my life you gave me fears
beat me down and gave me tears

I'm glad you're not around to see
the person i've turned out to be

Through the sadness I have sailed
all of your attempts have failed

Now I turn, and I move on
and from my memories, you're gone

Tell him when l come up to him and ask to play the record, l'm gonna say: ''Voulez-vous jouer ce disque?''
'Voulez-vous, will you kiss my dick?'
Will you play my record? One-track mind!

Cuck, you always make me speakless!
As I stept in here I never thought that such a masculine looking guy,
can write such gentle poems. I like people who afford surprises!

I have the feeling to know you - think you are closely relatet with my heart!

It was wonderful!  ;D

Chuckie, I cranked up the speakers
and got up and danced
and the cat ran out of the room.

That is so cool. Don;t you just love this technology, when it works!  I need to do some dancing, maybe this weekend.

What year was that? I am gone guess 1987.

I like your poem today too, it sounds like it was written about a relative. Moving on is a good feeling most times, is it not?

Have a wondeful day.

Good guess!  Give the man a cigar!  Yup, 20 years ago!

actually, that poem has nothing to do with any relative.  Was written with all the kids I went to grade and high school with, as well as co workers at my first job back in 1987.

I've learned that life is better when you learn to let go and move on.

I've learned that life is better when you learn to let go and move on.
Its kind of a sad poem because it sounds like you were treated with some hostility.  Maybe because you are gay?
Anyway I really like you poem.  Glad you can let go.

That video was fun to watch. l
