"T" is This Nude World

Scripted by Jan Gray, this is perhaps the first and probably the best documentary of early nudism. It covers America, France, and Germany. It features standard nudist evangelism in "objective reporter" style, but most claims are accurate and the scenes are authentic. "This Nude World" was copied and pirated by many exploitation filmmakers for decades. It contains rare footage of key European nudists. (Written by Mark Storey in Cinema au Naturel: A History of Nudist Film, 2003.)

(even though the picture says 1932, according to IMDb, the year of this movie is 1933)

From an IMDb user:
Very Funny little film!, 16 June 2005
Author: sixalex6 from United States
This is a cute movie with little substance, but a lot of heart. Although it barely makes sense at times, the characters are all delightful. The sequence where Chevalier & Edward Everett get drunk & form a competition of tie cutting (I know this is not really a spoiler because you have no idea what I mean)is just wonderfully silly. There are the prerequisite songs that are hummable though hardy memorable, the sets are great, (I would actually like to live in this factotums place). Maurice just wants his simple life & is relentlessly cheerful throughout, even when encountering the bully while trying to help the damsel in distress.I recommend this in a big way for light, romantic, amusing entertainment.

Some commenters say this is a "pretentious, arty film" while others hail its "genius" and inspiration for French directors to follow, in particular Truffaut and Godard. The director, Jean Vigo, died at age 29 (from tuberculosis) and made only 4 films. This was his third.
