BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN TOLD IN SMILEYS! It's been a long time coming, but it had to happen! Over at IMDB last year, we had a fun thread where folks illustrated scenes from our favorite film using only smileys. Now that a lot of BetterMostians are using lots of smileys here, I think we can manage the project here with style!
Here's the premise:** We start at the beginning and go through the film chronologically.
** Each new poster should announce in the
SUBJECT line which scene they are depicting. For example,
BBM Told in Smileys: The Reunion or
BBM Told in Smileys: Lake Scene.
** At the end of your scene, state what should happen next so that the next person can pick up right there.
** It's okay to post the title of the scene, then compose the smileys. It would be a GDBOAUS if someone beat you to it after you'd done all the work!
Just post this little guy
and try to finish it in a timely fashion.
** Once smileys are posted, they become available to others and may be used by any player in later posts.
** It's okay to create small images if you can't find the right smiley for your purpose on one of the popular smiley sites. Just avoid
using actual images from the film if you can. Have fun with it!
** Questions and comments may be put in the companion thread here:
