Hey, wyomen. I was listening to the J Bar Wranglers last nite and thought of you when they sang a song about "160 Acres." Have you heard it? I bought the CD over in Riverton at the saddlery shop on Main St. It's a local band, really good too.

And other idea. I am just north of the "Never Summer Mountains" maybe I should go with the "Never Summer Ranch"! ::)

"Always Summer"?

invoking the times Ennis and Jack spent together but playing off the mountains name?

About an inch of snow at my spread this morning, how about yours? And I saw a few days ago, three feet of white stuff on top of Brokenback Mountain!!

It looks like the Big Horns have gotten 2 more inches of snow this week. Powder River Pass is at 41 inches now and they are showing 7 feet of snow at the Ranch. I am heading down there next week to spend a few days and get some ideas on where to start building.

Um, I think you can plan to start building wherever you might see the snow cover thinning just slightly!! But snow and rain are good things, right?!?!
