Does anyone here watch Antiques Roadshow?  I love that show! I wish I could find something i've been lugging around for years that is worth like $10,000.  Heh, fat chance of that though.

Antiques Roadshow is on before the news every week night here in Sydney.  I never miss it and always wait with eager anticipation for the valuations. I love the bug-eyed looks and gasps of amazement from the people in the background when the expert declares that some old plate or dish is worth thousands of dollars. And I love the stately homes, castles and town halls they televise from too. You get a little pocket tour/history of the UK each night.  Great show.

I collect figurines and sculptures of gods and  goddesses, primarily ancient Egyptian, but also ancient Greek, Buddhist and Hindu. I've just conducted a quick count and counted 53, but there are sure to be more lurking about in dark corners. That's quite a lot of gods and goddesses to squeeze into one small apartment!  ;)  :D

Hi,

I collect shot glasses with a place name. I started in 1986 and have about 220 of them. Whe a town I'm in doesn't have a souvenir shot glass, I settle for spoons also.
