Drove the other kids crazy, I think, but the teachers liked my chatterboxing.  I remember one of my favorite ones wrote in my year book that he loved having me in his class because I was the only one who got his jokes.  I can remember so many times he'd say something clever as hell and I'd look at him and smile and he'd wink at me.  Don't worry - it was nothing untowards - he was gay and had a longtime partner who was another of my favorite teachers.

The person below me loved English class the most in high school.
