A few caps from this episode:  Toe Tags.
(Thanks again to csi-caps site )

Grissom gives a tour of the lab to CSI-hopefuls ..

He tries to explain to them ..

.. that the CSI do what they do .. because the dead ...

... need a voice, and can not speak for themselves.  (or so he thinks ..  ;))

I was really touched by the scene where Nick goes to tell the soldier's widow that her husband's death was merely random ...  :-\

Broke my heart ..  :'(

I'm glad they broke the story into four parts and did them all one at a time.  I was worried they would run all four at the same time.  That's too much for me to keep up with *lol*  The storys are sometimes so complicated I feel like I need to keep notes!

I absolutely loved the music they played at the beginning and the end of the show.  Anyone have an idea of what it was?
"... and Ennis, not big on endearments, said what he said to his horses and daughters, little darlin." ~Proulx

"Life is not a succession of urgents nows; it is a listless trickle of why-should-I's."  Johnny Depp as the Second Earl of Rochester.

Glad I found this thread/you guys.  I love the CSI's!
I'm a 'slash slut' and proud of it.  My fav pairings are:
Nick/Greg
Ryan/Eric
Danny/Flack

Earlier there was talk here of Nick/Greg slash stories.  I'd love to know where y'all are finding them.  Do share!

 ;)    :-*

I'd say my top 3 fav fandoms are BBM, NCIS, and the CSIs.

Hey, NV,

Was lookin' at your avatar. Would that be Lt. Cmndr. Harmon Raab, Jr., JAG, and Special Agent Tony DiNozzo, NCIS?

O ... M ... G. ...  :o  Love it!

Yes!  Got it in one!   Aren't they yummy?  ;D  Commander Rabb and Tony DiNozzo are my favorite characters other than Jack and Ennis.

In fact, I've NOT been able to find that rare pairing in slash fic anywhere, so I had to ... um ... write one myself.  I'm archived at The WWOMB.  Just in case anyone's curious, here's the link:
http://www.squidge.org/~peja/cgi-bin/viewuser.php?uid=104
The story is titled 'An Unlikely Encounter.'

Thanx!

OMG!
Has anyone seen the promos for the upcoming CSI ep for this Thursday?
Eeeeek!  It looks seriously intense.  No details - I don't want to spoil anything for anyone.

I just can't wait to see it.
