Of course I think the SEXIEST vampire right now is Edward Cullen from Twilight!

And he's a very friendly vampire too!

Louis and Lestat were very handsome vampires too. And Louis was quite friendly towards humans. I always like movies with friendly vampires in them.

Well, not ALWAYS!!

Did you know vampires really exist? It's true!

There are psychic vampires (vampires that feed off the life energy of others) and sanguian vampires (vampires that actually drink blood)

They even have their own website!!

it has been so long since I saw that movie... (Interview with the Vampire, that is),  I actually remember the book better.

“Mr. Coyote always gets me good, boy,”  Ellery said, winking.  “Almost forgot what life was like before I got me my own personal coyote.”

One of my all-time favorite acting performances is Gary Oldman as Dracula.  I loved his modes of speech and aura of vast age.  Some elements of that film weren't perfect by any means, but the costumes, sound design and sets were delicious.

I love Anne Rice! Did you know she once said in an interview that all of her vampires are bisexual? This helps explain Louis and Lestat's behavior! And Armand too.

That movie was very elegant. I have it on DVD and I love it. Gary Oldman was wonderful in that film! :)

Christopher Lee always did a brilliant job portraying Count Dracula. And he was quite handsome back in the 1950s and 1960s. I remember having quite a crush on him when I was a kid. But I remember his movies scaring me a bit too.

Did you know that when Bela Lugosi died, he was buried in a vampire cape and wearing his famous vampire make-up? Apparently the public always associated him with a vampire after his role as Count Dracula.

I learned that on the Discovery Channel. :)
