Ok, I recognized Sophia Loren at one glance, but the name of the blonde had escaped me. It's Jayne Mansfield of course. While googling I found the story behind the picture, as well as other photos of the series.
The whole thing included a slipped out nipple and was a publicity stint, and not Mansfield's only one.
