Did you know after praying mantises mate the female kills the male? She bites him.

She bites his head off. And then she eats him.

Now that's what I call ROUGH SEX! :P

did you know cats have barbs on their...uh...um...you knows...and that is why female cats hiss and cry when they pull out? They face backwards, so they dont' hurt going IN... :-X :-X

THAT would put a damper on ya love life...

OMG....remind me not to come back in my next life as a praying mantis, and definately not as a cat, and yet I often used to look at my cat, and say "thats what I want to be in my next life".

Being happy doesn't mean everything is perfect.

It means you've decided to see beyond the imperfection

Tell him when l come up to him and ask to play the record, l'm gonna say: ''Voulez-vous jouer ce disque?''
'Voulez-vous, will you kiss my dick?'
Will you play my record? One-track mind!

I wonder what makes them suddenly turn like that? I will be sitting there petting him, and then he'll run away, come back, look me in the eye and hiss.... and then suddenly he's purring again and back on my lap. I don't understand him. I don't think I understand CATS!

Interesting.

He's such a cute little tuxedo cat but he mystifes me sometimes. He sure is cute and loving though... most of the time!

We have 3 dogs and two cats but my all time favourite cat was the one we had when I was a child. She was called Cindy and she was grey, salmon pink and white. I have never seen one like her since.

She was so cute and clever. She learned to lift up the front door knocker with her paw to be let in and if it was at night, she would jump from a wall to the eave over the sitting room and under my bedroom and scrape her claws on the window until I let her in.

The first time she did it I nearly crapped myself, I was terrified it was a burglar trying to get into my room.

The most endearing thing about her though was the fact that she gave rides to our tame thrush Horace !!!

The thrush fell out of a tree and got attacked by a cat.The vet told us that if we let it go again it would simply die. So my amazing dad, built a large cage for it. He lived for just over 3 years. The most bizarre sight was when each night, my father would sit in his chair, cat on lap and bird on his head.

The cat would then jump down and if we put the thrush on her back she would parade around with it. We still have the family photos !!!

The very first time I ever saw my father cry was when Cindy got run over. It was simply devastating to see him sat at the head of the table with silent tears.. It caused a seismic shift in the way I perceived my dad, in a good way, I hasten to add.

Funny, I haven't thought of that in decades.
