SPOILERSI found it to be an absolutely fascinating and realistic take on how Ennis might have come around to courting Alma. He certainly doesn't strike me as the type who would just do it for the heck of it, even in his youth; I love that she incorporated his desire to adhere what's "normal" and "right" by contrasting it so vividly with the Bates character. Any thoughts?
