A while back I posted sme tall yellow flowers that Janice identified as a variety a chrisatimum ... was saying that I thought I had two varieties a em ... well

It's the other yellow faux - or annual black-eyed susan that has two varieties. In this picture you'll find the simple variety at the top and a double bloom variery at the bottom a the picture.

I used to hve Green eyed Susans, but the deer ate them. The deer are as bad as the dog and my 7th grade homework.

I like ALL the double flowers...and I like those 'daisies' that have the red in the middle!

(and the deer ate up ALL my peas...and they are trying to break open my melons!!!)

are the petals smooth or fuzzy? some of the pictures look one way to me and others look the other way!

(either way I wouldn't be able to resist stroking them!

I don't know  :-\ I went out there to find out & ... both and neither. They're a little more fuzzy than regular petals, but still feel like petals - maybe a little bit a cardboard feel to em too.

The other one:

You can see on this picture that there are a lot more blooms to come.

you have a TON still coming! that is just amazing. your yard doesn't look big enough to have this many flowers in it ....let alone so many DIFFERENT ones..
